“Element Replacement website made picking the correct part really easy, Part when it arrived was easy to fit and is working really well. Royal Mail delivery was very poor paid for 24 hour (not guaranteed) only to watch the tracking and see the part do a tour of midlands delivery offices ordered late on Thursday delivered on the following Tuesday!”

“Very helpful advice and prompt dispatch of element. Unlike another major online electrical supplier who advised part was IN STOCK at time of ordering only for the supply of the replacement element to be delayed for nearly a month. My daughter and her family would have been without a cooker so can not speak highly enough of the service offered by Element Replacement Co.”
