“Nothing worse than the cooker packing up 4 weeks before Christmas. Found these guys online and paid extra for next day delivery. Even though I was 15 minutes past the deadline for next day, I received an email almost immediately and it did indeed come the next morning, all fitted and working within an hour. Happy wife = happy life! Many thanks.”

“Although the new oven element arrived quite quickly, this is the third one I've had in the past 5 years. ie the previous replacement lasted only 14 months, and the one before that under three years. At this rate, this new one might only last a couple of months. Not the company's fault, but as usual with everything these days, cheap, also often means nasty. I'd be happier to pay twice the price, if it lasted 3 times longer. But even the branded ones, are probably made in the same Chinese factory alongside the cheap ones, so there's no guarantees.”

“Great site but was wrong element the site gives size and model which is good but I have a double oven and only gives one size..so the engineer measured it and another was ofdered and that was perfect and cooker now working..”
