“Super service I will use again”

“My Lamona oven stopped working so ordered a replacement element. Knowing less than nothing about ovens, it was great to be able to put in the model number of my oven and be presented with two choices - cheap vs genuine spare. I chose the genuine spare. It arrived quickly and fitted perfectly. Should I need another in the future I will definitely re-order. It was great not to have the uncertainty of what I was ordering.”

“My 25 yr old in-built cooker stopped working on a Sunday evening. I didn't know the model and couldn't find any identification plates. (It was pre installed in a house I bought) . Element Replacement's excellent website and service had me identify a spare and install it by 3pm on Tuesday. No dramas and saved a small fortune!”
