“My order came quickly and was as described. It was an Neff oven element which fitted our oven fine and has saved me buying a new oven. The element works as it should and hopefully will last a few years.”

“Was a tiny bit small than the size shown and the screw holes to attach it to the cooker a bit out of alignment. But overall does the job. Would maybe next time if needed go for the little bit more expensive one ?.”

“Element replacement dealt with my order very efficiently and posted item quickly. Their efforts however were let down by the Royal Mail who appear to be only delivering once a week where I live. I would recommend they change couriers as charging for 48 hour delivery which actually takes 7 days just annoys customers. Other than courier issues all good.”
