“The website was very easy to use and very helpful. As someone who had no idea what to order and worried I would order to the wrong thing, I managed to get the correct element without much fuss. All had to do was type in the model number and it came up with everything I needed. Brilliant service and will definitely be recommending.”

“Good price and quick delivery! Oven is now running nice and quiet again. Part looks like good quality, is made in Italy. Although not listed on the site I used in a Diplomat ADP3240 without any issues (replaced Plaset M1019 Type 70938). Quite fiddly to replace but that's down to the oven design, part just dropped in - just make sure you don't reverse the polarity of the motor as the terminals aren't labelled (check that it's blowing air out not sucking it in!)”

“The service and delivery spot on. However the part ,although matched up to my Belling cooker, was slightly off as my electrician found when he came to fit it. This could possibly have been down to the cooker being quite old. My electrician however, was able to modify and the part was fitted satisfactorily....hence one star deducted”
