“Although the part required, arrived quickly and efficiently, on closer inspection, we have found that the problem with our oven requires more replacement parts than just this element and so it is financially uneconomical to repair. Thankyou for the prompt service though.”

“Phone company for advice but was told to order what I thought was the right part if not return it, not v helpful! My order arrived as per email info, packaging was damaged but contents well wrapped so no damage to element. Element easy to fit, it was the right one, following u tube instructions. Overall v satisfied with product but not with customer service.”
