“seeing as the belling fan element 2000w does not have an after market replacement like the 1600w and the 2500w I am quite concerned why this so called original part has not come in its original Belling packaging detailing its wattage.??? and the part is not exact to the original.”

Hello, I am not sure what 'original packaging' you are referring to? We buy almost all of our elements - genuine or not - loose, as we are buying in high quantities. As you say, there is no after market replacement for the 2000w element, so if you take a look at the fixing plate of the element, it will be stamped with '2000w' which should confirm this a genuine Belling part. “I decided to fix my oven myself to save money with no prior knowledge of such! I found the element that matched my make/model easily on their site, when it arrived it had dual spade attachments whereas mine had single so I emailed to ask what to do and they responded quickly with advice. I watched a YouTube tutorial (with screwdriver at the ready) followed the steps and my oven is working again! 'DIY QUEEN' of my castle yeah....girls can too!”

Hello, Of course I am sorry to hear that, however I would point out that changing the element in itself could not cause a fire! Therefore, there must have been other issues with the oven.
