“I easily found and ordered a fan element for my oven on Element Replacement which was quickly dispatched and received. Unfortunately they had sent the incorrect part, so I emailed them and received a response within hours apologising and stating they would send the correct part. This arrived again within 48 hrs. I was not expected to pay for returning the wrong part they’d sent either. Very quick turn around with brilliant communication. Excellent company in these difficult times.”
