“Good quick service, only snag was replacement element screw holes slightly to small , but 5 minutes with drill and sorted!”

“The Element that was sent was of Good Quality and replacing it was simple I have used ER Ltd on two occasions now. The Grill Element for the same appliance is 2/3 years old and still going strong. Thanks”

Hello, Sorry to hear it wasn't the easiest to replace. I would point out that we do not manufacture the oven, and therefore have no influence on the lengths of the cables, so it is unfortunate that we received the negative review.
