“I've been with ET for a while and ordering large quantities of juices, kits, etc.. I've had an issue with one of the kits recently sent it back then it was returned to me swaying it fixed and thoroughly tested when it clearly hasn't, very disappointed so far, especially being a loyal customer and recommended countless friends and family!!!! Problem now resolved, thank you :)”

“Et rechargeable batteries were sent promptly but out of 5 only 3 worked and the other 2 worked but had to draw quite hard. Disappointed! I think their supplier has let them down. Shame”

“A good easy to follow website. However, when buying in bulk you have to tap in every single pack of 20 you are ordering? Guys, u need to tweak the site so as I can just order “4” cartons and it might increase ur sales dramatically as people don’t give up and go to another simpler site?”

“Your delivery service is excellent. I use the 10 motives cartomisers which are pretty good & until recently their rechargeable batteries. These have now been replaced by ET batteries which are poor, some are duds on arrival & the pull on them is poor. Go back to 10 motives please.”
