Hi Aj, We're very sorry to hear that your order hasn't arrived. We can see that your order was dispatched on the 23rd November via Royal Mail. Unfortunately Royal Mail have taken strike action during last week and this week (24th, 25th, 30th November and 1st December) which has resulted in many parcels being delayed and yours appears to have been one of them for which we are incredibly sorry. As it can take up to 7 working days for orders to arrive (excluding the strike days), if you have not received your order by Sunday 4th November, please get in touch through our helpdesk and a member of our Customer Care Team will be on hand to assist you. Fast delivery however on both orders I’ve made of disposable vapes a few of them have been faulty and taste burnt upon opening or do not work at all

Ordered from here as they offered the Sunday delivery which was what I needed before I went on holiday on the Monday however I paid the £6.99 delivery fee and the parcel shown up Monday night so had to go buy the product elsewhere anyways so wasn’t really impressed with the service.

1st few deliveries are received quickly.. but from then on you'll be waiting 7/8days , I've received items from usa in 5 days yet these can't send a package 25miles in less than 7 .

I was very pleased with the service however the product doesn’t keep charge. Not sure if I got a faulty item. Did send an email with my concerns but not had any response ☹️

If you know what you're looking for, the company and website are GREAT! The service is fast and efficient with speedy deliveries. However......there is no Beginner's Guide to vaping. As a newbie myself, I'd find guides and a breakdown of terminology really useful. I haven't expanded my search, just bought vape fluid because it was cheaper than the shop I bought it from. If I knew more about 'salt' and PG/VG I might buy more....if I had an electronics qualification, I might also understand about the various vape kits too! Come on guys, give us beginners a break!!

Hi I have been using this site for well over a year and have been highly satisfied.Great delivery and fantastic price ,however I have came on to order as usual and have noticed a £2 rise in each pack which i find a bit much ...I understand everything is going up on the daily but just feel a £2 hike a bit much especially when ordering 4 pack at a time 🙃

excellent products and prices. Next day free delivery if you spend £10 or over which is very generous as most other retailers have a min spend of about £30 to qualify for free delivery.Excellent service as always,well done keep it up !

We're very sorry about this and have refunded the £4.99 postage back to your original payment means. Please note it may take up to 72 working hours for the funds to appear. I enjoyed the product and it arrived quickly. However, there was only one cartridge and when I tried to order more they were out of stock; I tried again and still out of stock.

Thank you so much. It is so easy to place an order, even for computer illiterate persons like my self. Prompt delivery. I have had no issues at all, therefore have not needed to call them for any reason nor make a complaint. As the saying goes Don't fix that which is not broken.
