“I’ve been using ET for over 8 years and have never had any issues. Their website is easy, the descriptions are very useful and the delivery speed literally couldn’t be any quicker. The e-liquid offers are great, 4 for £10. I have contacted customer service about recycling and other adhoc questions and they have been superb. My only gripe is that I’m never offered any special offers for being a long time loyal customer, to get points that go towards money off, then I would be giving them 6 stars.”

“I have used ET since 2020 covid lock down and have continued since.I find they do a wide choice of vapes with good bulk offers.Only thing I would say is that there should be more loyalty schemes or rewards at times of the year.Delivery speed is very good id like to add finally.”
