“I have ordered several times, but this time it is really disappointing. I placed an order on March 10th, totaling £290, but I have not received the goods today, March 18th. The customer service only responded once and said they would follow up for me! I would like to arrange a refund! But there was nothing anyone could do for me. Where was the goods? How to arrange refund?”
