“Our order was incomplete. Sent an email and the customer service representative came back by phone almost immediately. He explained what happened and said that the remainder of the order would arrive the following day. The order arrived on time as advised by the courier. “I had never used ELECTRICSHOP before and, must admit, was sceptical about their reviews. I needn't have worried because their prices, ease of ordering and delivery was outstanding! The Dyson V10 was delivered within 2 days and I can safely say, they will be my first port of call in the future.”
