“Ordered Denon amp/media player. Arrived quickly (would have been within 2 days of Sunday order but 1 day delayed because courier driver couldn't find the address) and was well packaged - maybe could have had fragile stickers on? (although I'm never sure whether this is a benefit or not - depends on the courier driver). Excellent product and very good price. Would certainly look at using electricshop again.”

“I was a little sceptical at first having read some bad reviews, but I took a chance and I’m so glad I did! The price was very competitive and the Dyson fan arrived in top condition, faster delivery than expected and brilliant customer service. “SEBO vaccuum cleaner arrived after 2 days of ordering. Service exceptional from guy on customer services, Will definitely use this company again. Courier arrived early when not in, but came back the same day. Like the fact that a PIN Number is required to be given to the Courier to ensure parcel is delivered securely.”

“Requested a Monday delivery day, then DPD decided they'd try to deliver on Saturday instead (when I wasnt there). However, I coudl change the delivery day online, so got my vacuum on the correct day, no problem. Nice to be able to change the delivery day, not all shops use that kind of courier service. Also, my vacuum was a cheaper "open box" product but I was very pleased with the quality and product was in perfect condition.”
