In the description of certain tools, it may say tool with interchangeable jaw, have a pic with the jaw on the tool, and say "bare tool" means there is no battery or charger with it. The tool price is a great deal... until you have to pay $600+ for a jaw to even use the tool. Good luck!”

Your policy is not good because at the time of returning it and wanting to buy your product again I would lose money in shipping again and what I got in 29 the shipment, I would get 58, because I would be paying it for it for the second time. The product's laser does not turn on.”
