“Buyers beware. When ordering any tools, call and ask questions. In the description of certain tools, it may say tool with interchangeable jaw, have a pic with the jaw on the tool, and say "bare tool" means there is no battery or charger with it. The tool price is a great deal... until you have to pay $600+ for a jaw to even use the tool. Good luck!”
“Your product arrived damaged, they still haven't wanted to refund my money, nor can I exchange it for another one the same but that works, they only accept returns. Your policy is not good because at the time of returning it and wanting to buy your product again I would lose money in shipping again and what I got in 29 the shipment, I would get 58, because I would be paying it for it for the second time. The product's laser does not turn on.”
“I have a Greenlee fiberglass fish tape which has not end, just a fiberglass rod. For Greenlee part 35919, your website shows a picture of a green fiberglass fish tape. To it is glued a brass part that presents a male thread onto which a brass eye is connected. I ordered this to repair my tape. All that I received was the eye. This is a bait and switch. I am not pleased. When called, you were unable to provide me what I needed.”
“I needed to purchase a cable tracer, and to receive it quickly. I first ordered the tracer through another online supplier that promised immediate shipping, but they didn't deliver on their promise. Electrician Shop did exactly what they promised. I received the cable tracer two days after I ordered it.”
“I would never order from here again. They sent a used knockout set. The ratchet didn't work and would seize up. One of the pieces was rusty and had to be machined. Then when I emailed them about this they would not send replacement pieces. They could only do a 10% discount or a full return that had to be sent back before they would send out the new one. This needed to go out with our technicians on a job so we did not have time to wait. I took the ridiculous 10% off option and ordered the rachet from another company that had free next day shippping. This was a very disappointing experience.”
