“Before I ordered the controll board, I asked for confirmation the it was the right one for my trolley but had no reply. The controll board that came looked a bit like a cheaper copy of the one in my trolley so I don't fully trust it. I've been out three 18 hole rounds since replacing the faulty original and it is performing well in all respects. I will provide an update in six months.”

“I initially spoke to a member of the parts team that was most helpful as I had an issue with the controller I purchased last year. Not being able to play much my trolley continued to have the problem although improved. We arranged for it to be sent back for testing. No fault was found, but suggested I changed the variable controller which I did and all appears to be fine. Just a little frustrating as I had changed it at the same time last year. Sadly faulty. Thanks for your help.”

“Hi I was very happy with my new parts For my power caddy electric trolley which I received a couple weeks ago which I used on a golf tour until this weekend when I used on my home course I was going down one of the fair ways I noticed the screen was missing it must of fell off I tried searching but couldn’t find it now my new handles that I bought doesn’t have screen very disappointed Graham”
