“Product looks ok. Delivery quick. Unable to confirm product works ok as I can't remove the original axle that seems to be seized in the bearings, but will update this review when I have installed the new axle - can't see why it won't be ok at this stage.”

“It seems that only half the unit i ordered arrived. What is the point of replacing the top only as I required the bottom piece to secure it to the top which i received. For that price I would have expected the whole unit to have been delivered. What can be done to rectify this please?.”

“The tyres on arrival fitted my old Hill Billy trolley fine - my only problem was payment because for some reason your card machine kept on refusing payment - stating card was out of date - on checking with my bank i was assured there was no problem with my card or account - so i tried again but again the same message - this was finally resolved by making a bank transfer- but i was very close to going elsewhere !! - everyone was very helpful but you just could not take payment - suggest you need to look at your payment system”

“Order item came in reasonable time. Was disappointed that I sent an email asking for information and received no response. Prices were reasonable, but shipping was a killer. I would not have brought this stuff all the way from England to Canada's West Coast if there had been an option. Not the fault of the company.”
