“After phoning them before putting the order, they told me they were shipping the item from Ireland and therefore, I had to pay no customs. Yesterday, I received an email saying the charger is blocked at the Custom office in Spain and I have to pay Customs. My transaction ID is: LG797292949GB just in case you do not believe me.”

“When my Powacaddy golf trolley dropped out of the car boot and smashed the trolley wheel to smithereens, I thought "Oh no, a new trolley costs a fortune".
