“It’s a matter of lack of advice. I bought a spare part for my buggy, no problem, what I didn’t realise was that to change the broken part I need to replace a perfectly good part. Maybe they didn’t have to tell me but perhaps they could have.”

“Needed a new powercaddy battery and decided to change and have a lithium. Phoned your firm with a couple of queries which were dealt with pleasantly and efficiently so I placed an order on line. The price was excellent plus an allowance of £25 if I returned my old charger. The battery arrived very quickly, can’t believe how light it is compared to my previous one and will be trying it out on Sunday if weather permits. I would certainly recommend your firm, service and price cannot be beaten.”

“I was very, very impressed with this service. I ordered the part in the evening and because I was in the area where the shop is The very next morning I was able to call and collect it. The item was ready for postal delivery but because I collected it, the postal charge was refunded. Efficient, courteous staff. Thank you. Richard”

“Needed a spare part for my Motocaddy S1 Digital trolley. Explained the problem to them and they told me what part I needed. I purchased the part over the phone and received it the following day from Royal Mail. I swapped the part over and my trolley is back to its best. Many thanks and I would definitely recommend. Good advice, great service will use again if the need arises.”
