“Fantastic service!! Bought a part for my Powakaddy trolley, then discovered later that night that I didn't require that particular part. I emailed late evening, stating that I didn't require the part. I received a reply first thing next morning letting me know it had already been despatched but attached was a returns form. I then ordered different parts from electric golf trolley spares purely because the service was excellent. The required order was delivered the next day and the refund was in the following day. Top class 👌”

“I was originally informed that the part I needed was out of stock but the company indicated I would be contacted when the item was back in stock. After a relatively short I was duly informed the item was back in stock and I received the part promptly thereafter. Communication with the company was first class throughout the process!”

“The tyres on arrival fitted my old Hill Billy trolley fine - my only problem was payment because for some reason your card machine kept on refusing payment - stating card was out of date - on checking with my bank i was assured there was no problem with my card or account - so i tried again but again the same message - this was finally resolved by making a bank transfer- but i was very close to going elsewhere !! - everyone was very helpful but you just could not take payment - suggest you need to look at your payment system”
