“prompt delivery,all screws were in bags and labelled m50,m12 etc made life a lot easier when assembling chicken coop.”

“AN well designed product. I did not have any problems with self-assembly but then I never do but a lot of people will. The assembly diagram could so easily be improved. This would gain full stars instead on four. If interested. please get in touch. Nev Sanderson”

“The instructions were poor but when we got in contact with the company they couldn't do more for us so 100% for customer service. The quality of the product looks good too but we've only had it for a week or so.”

“Delivery was on time. I put wood preservative on before I put it together and it was very easy. It only took about 1 1/2 with two people. The instructions could have been a bit clearer but I have put things like this together before so I had a good idea of what went where. Overall it is very nice coop. I hope my girls will be happy with it.”

“There was a few teething problems when I ordered my coop but thankfully Andy sorted them out. It's not what happens, it's more how you deal with what happens that counts. My issues were rectified no problem, so I would reccomend this company to others. Donna from the North East.”

“Good product and well designed. Impressed with build instructions and extra fixings. Sadly slightly let down by a) door handle coming off on day#2 b) paid for next day delivery and even after allowing for bank holiday it still took three days to arrive. I did raise these with Eggshell direct before writing this and have waited over a week for a response but not had anything back which is disappointing as overall this is a good product but let down by service.”

“Absolutely brilliant service. Put the order in on Thursday afternoon. Should have been delivered on the following Monday. Wonderful. Arrived Saturday morning. The men lifted the order into the garden. Wonderful service”

“Within an hour of placing my order online I got a phone call to say it would be delivered next day which was great. It took about 2 and a half hours for my husband and I to put up the XXL Windsor plus extension. About an hour of this was spent adjusting the ground level so that we could attach the runs, since the house part sits higher in order to allow the roof on the house to open. The extension appeared to be better in construction compared to the run attached directly to the house as it was more sturdy. We may adapt it by adding a roof over part of the run to create a bigger covered area. Overall very good for the price, look forward to getting our next lot of chickens.”

“First order a chicken coop. Service very good. Ordered Sunday evening, paid for sat del. Had a phone call 10am Monday morning to thank me for the order & advise delivery would be between 8-12 noon. A good first experience with this company. Coop was a cheaper Chinese made product, as expected though, so no complaints.”

“Good - The coop was easy to put together and is a good size. The pop hole is nice design. Tray below perches is a good touch for easy cleaning. Bad - The perches are in the wrong place. They were below the nest boxes so all the hens sat there at night. Now we moved the perches up high the hens are much better at roosting and more floor space. The whole coop was varnished before letting a hen near. The pre treating didn't inspirire confidence. Much easier to clean now it's shiny.”

“Chicken coop was delivered on the day promised and was well packed. The delivery man was very obliging in putting the packages where we wished. At present I have not had time to assemble the coop but will do tomorrow. Eggshell appears to have done a very good service.”
