“As a local church secretary and secretary of the trust company associated with our synod I am very pleased with the service and customer care provided. It excels most other service providers. One suggestion I would make follows a sister church changing from you to buy cheaper insurance. You should explore communicating in the simplest and briefest way possible what you provide and the reasons making the "extra" good value compared with the competition i.e demonstrate the cheaper is not always good value for money.”
