“I had to change our contact details which I did when I sent off the cheque via Royal Mail. I was pleased to receive an email the next day (as soon as my letter had been received I think) to confirm that the contact details had been changed and checking that I had no further questions. I was pleased with the whole process.”

“Only concern is the constant upping of insured amounts year on year which mean the premium has increased by £130 this year. In many ways the content , fittings are less valuable than last year and the premium/insurance cover needs to decrease or stay constant.”
