“Easy enough to order, pay and receive the items, but a couple of issues went unanswered unfortunately. There was an issue with the account creation during the ordering process. No account created, no responses to my request for assistance. There was also an issue with some wrong items in my delivery, which again I communicated via email, but again no response. As I said, ordering is simple, but because of the failures to support basic queries I will not be using this company again. Mike”

“Good product but incorrectly advertised in the picture as the image is of a 32a rather than a 6a which is in the description. In my case, I wanted a 32a MCB but was in rush to get it so I overlooked the description which meant I purchased the incorrect product.”

“Service is fine but relatively expensive and shipping costs are high. My mistake - I ordered the wrong product so had to pay for the return and another shipping charge, but the refund on the product was processed fairly quickly”

“You supplied a variant of the product I ordered. I installed it because it works but it’s introduction to a bigger array has disrupted codes which required reprogramming. It was cheaper to do the work rather than waste a day waiting for a swap.”
