“I ordered some aurora lighting and manrose extractor, choice is good, ordering was easy, most of all prices are good, a big thank you to Mark at Dulwich, the courier tried to deliver twice, somehow road was missing on address panel, Mark checked it out on Google maps and I got the delivery soon after”

“A radio-signal switch was delivered promptly, but it was the wrong item. Someone senior answered my email and said he would deal with it immediately. A driver turned up mid-morning the next day to collect the wrong item, but said he had no instructions for the correct delivery. The electricians were finishing the job that afternoon, so I emailed to stress, again, the urgency. The correct part arrived in the evening. The job was unfinished and the electricians had to come back two or three days later, at significant further expense. It appears that Edwardes Bros pass the goods over to an external delivery company but do nothing to track progress - even if they've made a mistake and know that this needs to be corrected urgently.”
