“Product intially arrived with the ceramic part damaged in the post, but Edwardes were extremeley helpful and supplied a new one with no fuss, and also helped me find alternative parts for the one I originally wanted which has been discontinued.”

“I had a problem with the courier making the delivery but David at Edwardes was absolutley brilliant at chasing it and keeping me updated. While it was, of course, a little frustrating not receiving the package first time round (not that it was Edwardes' fault), their efforts to get the problem sorted was excellent and left me really impressed with the customer service. I'd definitely use Edwardes again.”
