“I purchased the wrong model extract fan due to incorrect information from the manufacturer. I contacted customer services who resolved the situation. Arranged for the item to be picked up and guided me to the correct fan whic arrived a day later and Ihave successfuly installed. Excelent service all round Congratulations Chris Daughton”

“We were struggling to find the right light that had this effect but was not too long for the low ceiling but then came across this light. Delivery was fast and efficient and the fitting was really easy. My daughter is so chuffed. Fabulous!”
