“Trying to get hold of some down lights that are out of stock everywhere it seems, ordered some on the website then realised I needed an extra bezel, phoned them up the fella couldn’t have been more helpful told me to order one as a collection then he would put it in the box with the lights so I didn’t need to pay extra postage. Top customer service, Everything next day in good order. Prices good too”

“Easy enough to order, pay and receive the items, but a couple of issues went unanswered unfortunately. There was an issue with the account creation during the ordering process. No account created, no responses to my request for assistance. There was also an issue with some wrong items in my delivery, which again I communicated via email, but again no response. As I said, ordering is simple, but because of the failures to support basic queries I will not be using this company again. Mike”
