“Purchased a Wise remote handset to replace an old one that had failed. I ended up buying two more as they are a better design compared to the older model and were more suitably shaped when on a keyring. I had to speak to the sales team as there were two models on offer one with a metal body and one that was plastic. The latter was lighter when on the keyring. The Team were very helpful and did not realise that two models were on offer.”

“I am very pleased with this company. I wanted the latest model as it has a better specification. Some suppliers were out of stock. Some suppliers only stocked the older version. Edwardes had the new version in stock and at my door on the next working day.”
