“When I rang to confirm the tv aerial pack included a support bar, your team went above and beyond expected service and confirmed after opening a pack (the advert description did not confirm what was included and said a fitting kit is required.) I immediately ordered and it arrived the next day and was installed and works fine. Even after paying for delivery I saved loads of ££s on Argos prices 👍and Amazon were out of stock. 🙄So all in all it was great service and much appreciated - highly recommend. If you had a depot in west sussex I could have saved more and collected same day😉 Thanks”

“Always had great service from Edwardes and the products are competitively priced. Only issues have been with DPD who have had problems delivering to our premises. The guys have been super helpful on the phone and email when incorrect items have been ordered and quick and helpful response when one item was received missing parts. Great company to deal with - thank you!”
