“placed an order for 3 alarms and a heat detector for the house. the heat alarm was out of stock at the time of ordering. Received an email asking if we wanted to have the smoke alarms first or if we wanted everything delivered at the same time. Wasn't in a rush and it was easier for one delivery rather than waiting for 2 separate deliveries. Everything arrived within the week so there wasn't a long wait. good customer service. well packaged.”

“Excellent products at a reasonable price (unlike some other suppliers who increased their prices). The radio link smoke, heat and carbon monoxide alarms were very easy to install and set up using the supplied fixings and instructions. Very good communication on delivery and charges, and very prompt delivery. Would be happy to make further purchases from Edwardes Bros in the future.”

“Prompt delivery and well packaged. The batten was easy to install and gives a much improved light in my workshop. Can't wait for the other fluorescent light to go. I've used these Thorn LED battens for several years and they are a good reliable product.”
