“Placed an order online for cable conductors, but was unsure of the sizes. Within an hour it was ready for collection and when I arrived staff were very pleasant and extremely helpful. I was guided through the options for the different types of conductors. When it became clear that I had ordered a wrong item, it was quickly replaced and refund immediately issued. It was a seamless transaction and I would highly recommend this company.”
