“I phoned Edwardes Bros. and the sales person who answered was very helpful and I purchased exactly to his recommendation. All items arrived on time and there was no delay. The tradesman I was using recommended your company to me and as I trust the tradesman, I will continue using Edwardes Bros. for any other items that I may require in the future. I have to say that the experience was good.”

“I had to request a refund before my goods arrived. Delivery was promised for, and needed by the next day, I was advised it was coming by 7pm, the courier later sent an email saying it would now be the next day by 7pm, the next day came and the courier emailed saying it would be one more day by 7pm. I then cancelled the order and purchased locally. I will only buy from Edwards again if they can assure me they have changed to a competent courier.”

“I had ordered a bathroom Xpelair fan and it arrived punctually by DPD. Unfortunately, it had a crack in it. I immediately telephoned the company and DPD collected the defective fan the next day. I decided to get my refund as I had ordered the fan as a backup since my present fan was at times not closing shut. However, I waited days and there was no indication of a refund! I then telephoned and spoke with an agent who said he would phone me back but did not do so. This meant that I had to send a chaser E-mail the next day and request my refund, which was then promptly issued.”

“Don’t like giving anyone 5 stars. I have checked 1 light so far all good but they’ve yet to be laid under a patio. But they look and feel well made and you can change the bulb which is paramount. So hopefully they all work time will tell. Arrived well packed and on time.”
