The returns label was not accepted by the post office "not suitable for home returns" so I posted back myself and emailed with a photo of the postage receipt in order to be refunded.

I placed two orders, I didn’t receive the first order (1st Jan) and contacted CS to follow up for full refund, and waiting for the refund.
And the second order I ordered 4 items but open the box, just 3 items here, and missing one, also contacted CS for send back the missing item asap, but now still waiting. Don’t know how long can solve it.
