“Very happy with my purchases, the Crystal string lights and Wire robin ornament look effective both on and off. Delivery was prompt. However, the best thing about my experience with Edmonds Jewellers was the customer service which was exceptional. The two team members I spoke with about my complicated order could not have been more helpful and went over and above to resolve my queries. Communication and following through on actions was excellent. Thank you both so much for your assistance.”

“Orders so socks - I know from a jewellers - insane, that my wife had been after for a long time. They were one of a handful of places that actually stocked them. Clear website, reasonable price and very prompt service. Would definitely use them again, maybe even for jewelry”

“First time I’ve ever bought from this company, very easy to navigate, easy to purchase, I was a bit concerned buying a bag from a jewellers, but no problem. One very small concern was the lack of information about the delivery……..maybe that was down to the Royal Mail, but all in all no problems and very happy with my wife’s present.”
