“Ordered a Qudo ring topper for my daughter’s birthday. Unfortunately the item I had chosen wasn’t in stock but a lovely lady called Kate emailed me giving me the option of a different one or a full refund. I opted for another one which was slightly more expensive and was asked to forward the difference via PayPal. They would then send the item. However, Edmonds were having some issues with PayPal and I was concerned I wouldn’t receive the item in time for my daughter’s birthday. Kate responded to my emails swiftly, explained the problem with PayPal and assured me that my order had been sent by special delivery in order to arrive on time. True to their word my item arrived on the morning of my daughter’s birthday and she loved it! I can’t fault the customer service and the quality of the ring topper is excellent. Really beautiful! So thank you Edmonds for your fabulous service and quality products”
