“I placed two orders, I didn’t receive the first order (1st Jan) and contacted CS to follow up for full refund, and waiting for the refund. And the second order I ordered 4 items but open the box, just 3 items here, and missing one, also contacted CS for send back the missing item asap, but now still waiting. Don’t know how long can solve it.”

“Excellent website ordered my goods but forgot my 10% I had already paid for my goods, so I sent a message to customer services was refunded with a reply very quickly. Excellent service. Also it was delivered earlier than expected well wrapped etc. Many thanks Jean Whitehead.”
