“The process of renewing my car insurance was easy and quick. After a telephone and email reminder, a quick phone call enabled payment of the premium by card and the documents were emailed to me the same day.”

“We have a company fleet policy which was arranged through Edison Ford. I have been dealing with Amy Beach and I am very impressed with the level of service I have received from her. She has been very quick responding and has taken the stress out of finding insurance. Excellent customer service. :)”

“What impresses me most is the proactive approach from the customer service/sales team. Sorting out insurance is time consuming and hardly an exciting topic, no matter how important it is. Yet Andy, Jodie, Zin and colleagues still make the time to call me to remind me that I have ignored an email or not responded to a phone call and this focuses my mind on sorting it out. I am grateful, thank you.”
