“I have been very comfortable with the whole process of speaking to and buying a watch from Jonathan and dealing with his company. Although advertised as pre-owned, as necessary, the condition of the watch and the way it was presented would have convinced anyone that it was brand new. It arrived on time in hugely safe packaging and as requested I let Jonathan know when it had arrived; he phoned me to check that all was well and that I was happy with my purchase - the sort of customer care that would encourage me to buy again from Edinburgh Watch Company. Delighted in every way, many thanks!”

“Q. Is there a reason why Edinburgh Watch Company constantly get 5 star reviews? A. Yes because they provide the best value for money for a watch with provenance, period. My advice is shop there with the utmost confidence and don't go anywhere else.”

“I had the greatest of pleasure of taking delivery of my very first luxury watch from the Edinburgh Watch Company exactly a week ago today & I still get the goose bumps just at the thought of my excitement at opening my parcel!!! The whole experience of dealing with Jonathan from my first initial e-mail to then speaking with him on the phone & then my watch arriving was both smoothness & perfection itself & once again, thank you.”

“The advantages with Edinburgh Watch Company are clear - you deal directly with Jonathan and he appears to only buy and stock the best examples with clear provenance. Its a truly personal service from a gentleman and genuine watch enthusiast . From initial contact on my enquiry, to a follow up phone call upon delivery of my watch the entire process is both professional and friendly - although given the years of feedback I have seen and heard regarding EWC I expected nothing less.”

““Whole experience was great spoke to Jonathan at length and his knowledge, diligence on his purchase of the watch was reflected in the unworn Rolex Sea Dweller Watch that arrived exactly when promised. Jonathan went to the trouble of recording a short video to display the watch In great detail. “Well where to start. The full process of buying my watch from start to finish was an absolute delightful experience which was well welcomed during these hard times. Jonathan was very knowledgable in his field of expertise. He also helped me in giving me advice regarding cars. The watch price was very competitive and arrived on time, securely and in mint condition as described. The follow up service was also great with Jonathan checking I was happy with the watch and everything was ok. This place ticks all the boxes and I certainly will be returning in the future. Top business and even more of a Top bloke A++++”
