“Met Jonathan in Edinburgh to buy a Rolex for my husbands birthday I cannot express how helpful he was. He took the time to find out about what kind of person my husband was before we looked at the watches. This was a surprise gift and the one I chose with Jonathan’s help suited my husband to a tee he was absolutely delighted with it. What a lovely relaxing way to buy a watch and will be recommending Jonathan to anyone looking for a watch. Thanks again Jonathan you are a pleasure to deal with.”

“I contacted Jonathan by telephone to ask for his advice on purchasing a Rolex Submariner from a friend of mine, however while Jonathan was giving me his expert opinion and excellent advice I noticed that there was a Rolex Submariner Date on his web site so we discussed this watch in detail and I felt that this would be just perfect for my collection. Jonathan was a pure gentleman and I felt really at ease talking to him about my purchase, he even gave me his time where he helped me through my on line purchase. I have purchased a new Rolex from an authorised dealer which is in my collection, but I must say that the experience of purchasing my watch from Jonathan far exceeded the level of expertise and customer care that I received from the Rolex dealership. True to Jonathans word the watch arrived by special Royal Mail delivery on the Tuesday morning as promised, it was exceptionally well packaged and he had seized the bracelet for me as requested so it just fitted like a glove. I also received a text from Jonathan with the tracking number. The watch was just stunning, I know Jonathan said the watch was in mint condition but in my estimation it was better than mint to the point it was absolutely phenomenal you would have thought that you had just taken the factory stickers off the watch yourself. To sum up my purchase and experience Jonathan was exceptionally professional, friendly and knowledgeable with a passion for watches, his business and his customers where the communication between Jonathan and I was fantastic to the point that Jonathan gave me an impeccable service throughout and I found the whole experience of dealing with Jonathan an absolute pleasure. I would highly recommend purchasing a watch through Edinburgh Watch Company Thank you so much Jonathon for a fantastic experience and my Rolex Submariner”

“It was an absolute pleasure dealing with Jonathan who displayed an in-depth knowledge of his products and made us feel as if we were face to face with him throughout, even though we were separated by many miles. “Had been looking for this particular make & model of watch for a while; saw it on EWC website on the Tuesday morning, sent an enquiry through the website, got a call from owner (Jonathan) later that Tuesday; paid for the watch Wednesday morning; received it by Royal Mail Special Delivery on the Friday morning! Excellent service, great communication from Jonathan. When purchasing such high value watches, you need to know that they are 100% genuine and that the company you are dealing with aren't conmen! For me, this was a huge chunk of my savings, so dealing with EWC & Jonathan was paramount in the safety/reliability of both the watch & the service.”

“Jonathan is the consummate professional and the end to end service he afforded me in connection with the recent purchase of my Rolex Yachtmaster and Wolf Watch Winder was exceptional. He gave me excellent advice regarding the sale of another timepiece and was then meticulous in explaining to me the details of my new one.
