“I recently purchased a watch from EWC. As you might expect the watch is outstanding, but what made the experience uniquely different from any other vendor was Jonathan. He took time to suggest various watches which may be of interest, not simply the more expensive watch I had enquired after. He also gave me time to wear some watches to gain a feel for what was exactly right for me. His passion for his watches is only matched and perhaps surpassed, by his interest in his customers. Truly Five Star Experience !”

“Jonathan gives an exceptional service. I contacted Edinburgh Watch Company regarding a particular watch only to be told that it had been sold. Jonathan said that he would try to source a similar watch. He contacted me a couple of weeks later to tell me that he had found what I was looking for. I agreed the price and paid by BACS, Jonathan shipped the watch the same day and it arrived safely the next day. The whole process ran smoothly and I cannot praise Jonathan enough and have no doubts about recommending his services. Thanks again Jonathan, I hope we can repeat the process in the near future.”

“I bought an Omega Planet Ocean Chronograph from Jonathan. The watch was spotless and I love it. What was really special however was the way Jonathan operated. He took the time to meet me personally where we had a great conversation about watches, cars, the history of the Edinburgh Watch Company etc. Instead of this being simply a transaction it was an experience where I felt completely valued. I would recommend Jonathan's Edinburgh Watch Company to the highest degree. Fantastic products and a personal service, Jonathan operates with complete integrity. “Can’t recommend Jonathan and EWC highly enough. It’s nice to do business the old fashioned way based on trust. I was buying a watch as a surprise gift and Jonathon, on a hand shake, allowed me to “test drive” the watch just to make sure it was suited. Needless to say that was greatly appreciated and the recipient was delighted with the watch and due to Jonathan’s trust it was a big surprise on the day. So good was the service I bought another! Again Jonathan was so easy to deal with sourcing the Rolex model I was after, a price agreed quickly that suited us both and great after sale service. There was just no hassle or pressure in the whole process. It’s really good chatting with someone who knows his business and will explain the importance of papers and authenticity when buying previously owned watches. A delight to do business with. Stuart”

“I decide last year that I would like to upgrade my Rolex GMT II watch. I had looked at two or three options and visited a few Rolex authorised dealers to try and get the best trade in price for my watch which was in excellent condition. This proved fruitless however as they came no where near the valued price of my watch. Luckily I was visiting a Motoring event at Knockhill race track when a friend introduced me to Edinburgh Watch Company. On display they had some awesome watches and one in particular a Rolex Submariner with 18K gold bezel and braclet. After a quick introduction and a coffee I was nearly the owner of a new Rolex. I did I fact get the watch the following week and I know I got a very good exchange price for my own watch and the rest is history I can't recommend The Edinburgh Watch Company enough. Great service and after care service. Thank you”

“I cannot rate EWC highly enough! I have had a couple of purchases with Jonathan now and every time is a great experience. The effort he puts in to making sure your watch and purchase runs as smoothly as possible is 2nd to none. Done in a very relaxed style with quality watches that are in superb condition, just like new, of course some haven't been worn. “We bought a watch from The Edinburgh Watch Company, after a recommendation from a friend, as a 21st Birthday present for my daughter; she is so pleased to have received her own Omega. The watch was beautifully presented and a perfect choice for her. Notably, the attention to detail and service beyond-the-sale was excellent; Jonathon personally helped us out with delivery and fitting the strap too. “I was searching for an Indy 500 TAG but couldn't find one. After calling Edinburgh Watch Co I was delighted to receive a call within days to tell me they'd sourced a mint example. I was particularly pleased as I had a tight time schedule and was heading to the US. Jonathan was first class to deal with and sorted extra links at short notice and made an extra trip to see me to sort out. Mega customer service.”

“Having already decided that as part of our asset diversification strategy, his and hers Rolex watches would be the way forward, my wife and I immediately felt in safe hands when we met with Jonathan in the comfort and surroundings of the Caledonian Hotel. Jonathan took the time to listen to our requirements and most importantly, budget. There was never any hard sell. Within a few weeks he had sourced a Sea-Dweller for myself and beautiful DateJust for my wife. Both fully boxed, with tags and all their respective paperwork. Jonathan also sourced a Rubber B watch strap and fitted it to my Sea-Dweller to complete the sports watch look. We were 100% delighted and are now only too happy to recommend Jonathan for anyone interested in buying a luxury time piece.”
