“I have had the pleasure of purchasing two Rolex watches from Johnathan the first was a Rolex Submariner Date Black 2015/16 model an a Rolex Datejust 36 mm Roman numerals 18ct white gold bezel 2018 model a beautiful watch every man should have a 36mm datejust. Johnathan is Gentlemen he took the time to explain the watch if your new to Rolex sat comfortably with him and talked with him with a few coffee s for a good hour before we got down to business. Any questions you may have he will answer I enjoyed his company and his professionalism he even called me a week later as a courtesy to find out how I was enjoying my Sub to which I was a little taken back ,surprised that he would do so. Which was really nice and Gentlemanly of him, I highly doubt the high street retailers would do suchlike ! All in all a great buying experience, lovely watches an a lovely guy. I would highly recommend EWC to my friends an family for any kind of luxury watch.”

“Met Jonathan in Edinburgh to buy a Rolex for my husbands birthday I cannot express how helpful he was. “I contacted Jonathan by telephone to ask for his advice on purchasing a Rolex Submariner from a friend of mine, however while Jonathan was giving me his expert opinion and excellent advice I noticed that there was a Rolex Submariner Date on his web site so we discussed this watch in detail and I felt that this would be just perfect for my collection. Jonathan was a pure gentleman and I felt really at ease talking to him about my purchase, he even gave me his time where he helped me through my on line purchase. I have purchased a new Rolex from an authorised dealer which is in my collection, but I must say that the experience of purchasing my watch from Jonathan far exceeded the level of expertise and customer care that I received from the Rolex dealership. True to Jonathans word the watch arrived by special Royal Mail delivery on the Tuesday morning as promised, it was exceptionally well packaged and he had seized the bracelet for me as requested so it just fitted like a glove. I also received a text from Jonathan with the tracking number. The watch was just stunning, I know Jonathan said the watch was in mint condition but in my estimation it was better than mint to the point it was absolutely phenomenal you would have thought that you had just taken the factory stickers off the watch yourself. To sum up my purchase and experience Jonathan was exceptionally professional, friendly and knowledgeable with a passion for watches, his business and his customers where the communication between Jonathan and I was fantastic to the point that Jonathan gave me an impeccable service throughout and I found the whole experience of dealing with Jonathan an absolute pleasure. I would highly recommend purchasing a watch through Edinburgh Watch Company Thank you so much Jonathon for a fantastic experience and my Rolex Submariner”

“Had been looking for this particular make & model of watch for a while; saw it on EWC website on the Tuesday morning, sent an enquiry through the website, got a call from owner (Jonathan) later that Tuesday; paid for the watch Wednesday morning; received it by Royal Mail Special Delivery on the Friday morning! Excellent service, great communication from Jonathan. When purchasing such high value watches, you need to know that they are 100% genuine and that the company you are dealing with aren't conmen! For me, this was a huge chunk of my savings, so dealing with EWC & Jonathan was paramount in the safety/reliability of both the watch & the service.”
