“Saw watch I liked on Edinburgh Watch company web site. Messaged Jonathan and he got back to me quickly. We arranged a viewing the next day and it was a great experience. Jonathan is very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. Too his time with me and there was no pressure to buy. I absolutely love my watch. Great condition and a fair price. Very please. Would thoroughly recommend.”

Great communication and excellent service and the watch I bought is fantastic, the condition is exactly as described and promptly delivered the next day. “I traveled to Edinburgh to meet Jonathan this was my first experience buying a watch from ewc, I was a little concerned parting so much money to someone I’d never met before but I need not have been . I already own a submariner 16610 and was keen to buy another Rolex We had a coffee and a chat then came the time to reveal my watch (James Cameron deep blue ) looked fantastic . Jonathan is very enthusiastic and knowledgeable guy regarding watches and I’m sure this will not be last time I purchase a watch from ewc”

“This was the first time I used EWC. Having completed the on line form, Jonathan phoned me within an hour to arrange a meeting. I was given a fair trade-in and realistic price on my new watch. A hassle free, honest and upfront experience. Jonathan is a total Gent. Would absolutely recommend EWC.”

“This was my first major watch purchase and Jonathan was nothing short of amazing! I was obviously concerned when parting with so much money on a remote purchase on a company/man I had never met but Jonathan was amazingly reassuring and was never more than a call/message away. He even called me post purchase to make sure everything was ok. A lovely man and next time I’m in Edinburgh I’m sure to message him and invite him for a drink such is how the business relationship developed. Oh and the watch....amazing, true to spec and well priced from a man who truly loves his craft. Marc”

“I was looking for an Omega Speedmaster, on trolling through the internet I was pleased to find one on EWC site. Lucky for me I lived close bye so that I could meet up with Jonathan to view the watch. From the minute I saw the watch I knew it was the one for me, it was exactly as described on the EWC website and YouTube video. Jonathan is very knowledgeable as to the pro’s and con’s of his range of watches and was able to answer all my questions. The stainless strap required adjustment and Jonathan was able to do the adjustment, there and then. Jonathan is not like a salesman you normally meet, sure he wants to make a sale, but he wants you to buy the watch you want. Jonathan I’d like to thank you for your help and knowledge in the purchase of my Omega Speedmaster co-axial moon-watch.”

“Any one considering the purchase of a new or pre owned Hi End wrist watch should look at this companies website. There’s a small but beautiful collection of both ladies and gentlemen’s watches ranging from the likes of Rolex Cartier, Vacheron et Constantine and many more. I was fortunate to find a year old unworn Rolex Datejust 36 in steel and white gold, something that I had been trying to get for sometime, the complete experience from start to finish was very personal as you deal with Jonathan Gilbert who is the CEO of the company, you definitely won’t get this kind of service from any other jewellery shop, very much suggest a visit to The Edinburgh Company.
