“I had been looking at a particular IWC for a number of years and had not taken the plunge. I saw that Jonathan had one and I sent an online enquiry on a Saturday evening. Jonathan called me on Sunday morning and enquired about my interest in the watch and told me all about the watch and the condition. He was polite, helpful and did not apply any pressure. I decided to buy the watch and the process through payment to delivery was quick and easy. Making an online purchase for a sizeable sum of money is something that we are all rightly nervous about, but I am now the proud owner of a mint condition IWC and would highly recommend buying through Jonathan, I will be again in the future.”

“Met Jonathan and found he was very easy to speak with, very knowledgeable and told me all about the watch i was interested in, the history as well the function. I never felt under pressure to buy, I didn't buy that watch at that time but I bought one from him later and it was posted to me, very fast and well packed and just as described. I will buy from Jonathan again. Neil”

“I was looking for my watch for sometime, I came across Edinburgh Watch Company and they had exactly what I was looking for. “From the first phone call with Jonathan I found him to be very pleasant and very knowledgeable about the watch I was interested in. He took a lot of time to answer all my questions. When I decided to purchase the watch I couldn't believe how quickly I received it! It was late on Tuesday afternoon and Jonathan had gone around 4 post offices to try to make the last post so I could have it as soon as possible. He sent me the tracking number by text so I could follow it through the system. It was very well wrapped and there was a lovely wee note in the box too! Jonathan had sized it for me so I could wear it straightaway. I am very happy with my watch and can thoroughly recommend Jonathan and the Edinburgh Watch Company. A very professional service from a man who is clearing passionate about what he does. Thanks Jonathan!”

“I first met Jonathan at the Edinburgh Watch Company (EWC) stall at the Moy Game Fair in 2019. They had brought a wonderful collection of watches on that day and I have followed the company on Instagram ever since. Through following the company, as well as the odd message back and forward about a few watches, it became very apparent that the EWC had genuine passion and pride in the watches they sell and the service that is offered to their customers. When it then came to the process of me buying my first watch, my thoughts were backed up completely. Jonathan was on hand to answer all questions and I found his excellent technical knowledge to be very reassuring - he certainly knows his stuff. The service was first class throughout and I would not hesitate to recommend EWC to any of my friends and family. I will definitely be back.”

“Being the first time I have bought from EWC, naturally I was a little nervous but I had nothing whatsoever to worry about. “I purchased an Explorer from EWC during the ‘lockdown’ of 2020. At every stage of my purchase I was provided with the utmost confidence in EWC by Jonathan’s actions. He responded promptly to my enquiry, described the timepiece and answered all questions showing a great deal of knowledge on this and all his watches. He made promises on providing quick delivery which he fulfilled beyond expectations. When I later spoke with Jonathan during his customer service follow up call, I asked about how he was able to turnaround the delivery so quickly and after prompting for an answer, he told me he had travelled to several post offices to find one that still was able to make delivery on time. Jonathan is a gentleman who exemplifies how to give confidence in a retailer from the outset, I have no hesitation in recommending EWC and Jonathan.”

“I have known the owner/MD of EWC for 12 years and in that time we have carried out a number of high value transactions and a number of lower value transactions. While carrying business with Jonathan and EWC the service I have received has always been superb, and never once, have I encountered an issue of any description. Jonathan is a very knowledgeable individual, with a passion and flair for quality timepieces and cars alike! I cannot praise the service levels and help offered by Jonathan and EWC enough. Well done EWC - I love my new GMT II.”

“I recently bought a Rolex from Edinburgh Watch Company. This was my first pre owned watch I ever bought and the experience of it right from the start has been flawless. Jonathan has sent me numerous pics and video of the watch mentioning every detail of the watch. He was very professional through out my buying process. He was very patient in explaining the intricacies associated with the watch. Watch was sent via post and arrived as a next day delivery promptly. Cant recommend EWC enough! This purchase has actually changed my perspective of buying a pre owned watch into a very positive one. Looking forward to buying another watch from EWC in near future.Highly Recommended!!”
