“I purchased an Explorer from EWC during the ‘lockdown’ of 2020. At every stage of my purchase I was provided with the utmost confidence in EWC by Jonathan’s actions. He responded promptly to my enquiry, described the timepiece and answered all questions showing a great deal of knowledge on this and all his watches. He made promises on providing quick delivery which he fulfilled beyond expectations. When I later spoke with Jonathan during his customer service follow up call, I asked about how he was able to turnaround the delivery so quickly and after prompting for an answer, he told me he had travelled to several post offices to find one that still was able to make delivery on time. Jonathan is a gentleman who exemplifies how to give confidence in a retailer from the outset, I have no hesitation in recommending EWC and Jonathan.”

“I have known the owner/MD of EWC for 12 years and in that time we have carried out a number of high value transactions and a number of lower value transactions. While carrying business with Jonathan and EWC the service I have received has always been superb, and never once, have I encountered an issue of any description. Jonathan is a very knowledgeable individual, with a passion and flair for quality timepieces and cars alike! I cannot praise the service levels and help offered by Jonathan and EWC enough. Well done EWC - I love my new GMT II.”

“I recently bought a Rolex from Edinburgh Watch Company. This was my first pre owned watch I ever bought and the experience of it right from the start has been flawless. Jonathan has sent me numerous pics and video of the watch mentioning every detail of the watch. He was very professional through out my buying process. He was very patient in explaining the intricacies associated with the watch. Watch was sent via post and arrived as a next day delivery promptly. Cant recommend EWC enough! This purchase has actually changed my perspective of buying a pre owned watch into a very positive one. Looking forward to buying another watch from EWC in near future.Highly Recommended!!”

“I recently bought a Rolex Explorer 11 from Edinburgh Watch Company.. I had been looking previously for one but found a great deal on the site.... not only was Edinburgh Watch Company's price better than anywhere else it also included a personal service plus the guarantee of a perfect condition watch complete with box and papers .. I highly recommend anybody wanting a genuine good deal to look here first..”

“Was looking for a specific watch, Omega Dark Side, with options new and used online and retail. Contemplating new at £7700 and final google search revealed Edinburgh Watch Co had a used 2015 at £5950. I had not heard of this company and was pleasantly surprised that they were local and we were able to meet face to face. This also provided more reassurance than dealing with other unknown online retailers (as genuine as they seemed). Meeting successful, watch in near perfect condition and reasonable trade in for existing watch. I would highly recommend Edinburgh Watch Co and would anticipate online trading further afield will receive similar excellent service and competitive pricing.”

“Great service from Jonathan and EWC as always. I have dealt with Jonathan for a few years now but that was as a seller to EWC for a few of my watches. This time I was purchasing a watch from EWC and as I thought the process was as slick and the watch was in A1 condition as promised. Another slick and safe transaction.”

“My husband has been very jealous since our son brought a watch from Jonathan at Edinburgh Watch Company two years ago. Since then my husband has been watching Edinburgh watch companies website, and he noticed a watch that took his eye last year and he showed me. Unknown to my husband I contacted Jonathan who helped me keep it as complete surprise, my husband was devastated to see it sold but on Christmas day he was stunned. “I called Jonathan before Christmas, after talking to him we met up the next day. We chatted over a coffee and Jonathan could not have been more helpful or pleasant. He has incredible knowledge of all things watches (and cars).
