“Fantastic customer service from the EWC especially given that it was over the Christmas holidays. From my initial telephone enquiry to receipt of the watch only took 3 days! The watch is immaculate and as pristine as advertised. I am very satisfied with the service and the product and I would highly recommend the EWC to anyone looking for a quality product with quality service.”

“Jonathan personally responded to my enquiry within minutes and patiently talked me through the finer details of the Speedmaster I was interested in. Once we agreed a deal, he was true to his word and arranged for the quick and secure delivery of the watch. A couple days later, he followed up with a personal phone call to check I was happy with everything. A true gentleman, and I’d have no hesitation in recommending his business to anyone looking to purchase a luxury watch.”

“I recently had the pleasure of speaking to jonathon owner of ewc regarding the purchase of a sea dweller 50th anniversary model. I have a naturally cautious nature, but after a brief conversation I decided to purchase the watch so that in itself is a testament to jonathon. The process went seamlessly with some lovely touches along the way. Two days later on christmas eve I had an absolutely pristine watch on my wrist. If you are looking to buy a quality watch look no further than the edinburgh watch company. In this day and age it is rare to find this level of service and customer care. Jonathon is a genuine trustworthy man true to his word. Thankyou for your time and help sir with best wishes for the future.”

“My first foray in to the luxury watch market where a Rolex is concerned. Practically impossible to get one from an authorised dealer without a very long wait and even then there is no guarantee I would be invited to purchase the Submariner Date and thus obtain one at retail price. I therefore did my research and the major concern buying one from eBay and other sites is the fakes that can catch you out. I wanted peace of mind. Having watched Jonathan on his You Tube channel when contacting EWC you are indeed talking directly with Jonathan which is reassuring. But it his genuine passion and thorough engagement that meant I put my trust in him. Following my initial interest Jonathan sent a personalised video of the actual watch showing the serial number, features, box and papers to match. Within 48hrs after committing the watch arrived. I was very pleased and the watch was so classy as was the experience of engaging with EWC. Jonathan even wrote a personalised note which was a lovely touch and unexpected. A great buying experience safe in the knowledge that the watch is provided in the best condition and more importantly authentic. EWC have a growing reputation and I experienced why. Contact Jonathan immediately if you have your eye on something. 5 star service”

“Courteous, excellent service from the start. My calls were returned promptly and my request for information answered fully. The stock was impressive, though this is quite a select dealership which offers quality rather than quantity. I was given an explanation for the dealer stocking the watch that I was interested in. When I decided to purchase, I was given clear information about the process and was kept in the picture about each step. I was provided with tracking information and was phoned by Jonathan to ensure my watch had arrived safely. It was an excellent, personal service and I was impressed and delighted with how I was treated from start to finish. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the Edinburgh Watch Company.”

“The recent purchase of a Rolex Sea-Dweller 43 Red Line 50th Anniversary was massive for me, a dream come true! The added bonus was buying it from Jonathan at Edinburgh Watch Co. The watch is immaculate, the level of customer service from Jonathan and his team was second to none! I can’t recommend Jonathan highly enough, his knowledge and the way he makes you feel like a valued client says it all. The aftercare once you receive your watch is also important, and Jonathan reached out personally not just to check the watch had arrived but that I was happy with my purchase, which I certainly am.
