“Investing in a new watch is not an everyday occurrence and we all want it to be memorable. Buying my Pelagos FXD from Jonathan and the Edinburgh Watch Company was an absolute pleasure from the initial call to the face-to-face interactions. “I have to say that Jonathan will be the nicest gent to spend time with whilst choosing your new timepiece just as he was with myself helping me choose mine. He will go out of his way to find out what suits you best and help you with the right choice. I purchased a Rolex a few weeks ago and nothing was too much for him to make it a pleasurable experience. Also with the knowledge of knowing that what I purchased was nothing less than 10/10 for the purchase. “I recently purchased a 2023 Rolex GMT master 2 (Pepsi) from Jonathan and fully enjoyed the experience from start to finish. I was after this watch for over a year and Jonathan went above and beyond to source me one. I received it in mint condition with complete box, papers and he even beat the premium prices listed on Chrono24. Overall a fantastic service by Jonathan. Fully recommended, wouldn’t go anywhere else.”

“I’m delighted with the White Gold Rolex Daytona that I’ve purchased from Edinburgh Watch Company. Even though I made the purchase remotely the service was phenomenal - Jonathan had all of the answers to hand during our initial phone call (before I’d even needed to ask the questions), which shows his professionalism and knowledge of what customers want. As I wasn’t there in person, Jonathan provided me a personalised WhatsApp video of the watch, box, papers and tags, with instructions on the different functions. Jonathan also went the extra mile when it came to switching up the Oysterflex strap for my wrist size and getting the watch securely delivered to me. I also received status updates from Jonathan at every step of the way, which was very assuring. When I next look for a new watch, I know that Edinburgh Watch Company will be my first port of call.”
