Took nearly a year to get our glass veranda installed and nobody was telling us why or when 😡 The team of experts that installed it finally were brilliant.

My glass room was installed in November but as yet we have not been able to use it. Firstly even though its well ventilated the condensation drios on you all the time making all tge furniture damp plus its not sealed properly against the outside wall and leaks. Ive been waiting for someone to come and inspect it for weeks but they just keep thanking me for my patience. Its been a total waste of money and wouldn't recommend it.

Hi Tess We're sorry you are experiencing condensation and that there is some water ingress through the lead flashing. Though some condensation is normal, (and we would recommend heating and ventilating the room or installing a dehumidifier to reduce this as far as possible), I can confirm that we have an appointment for an engineer to investigate the issue and remedy the leak next Thursday. Paid for them to get planning permissions. They erected the veranda so we assumed they had got the permission,but they hadn’t,and we may have to have it removed

We couldn't be more happy with every element of Eden's installation of our veranda. The order process was straight forward, all staff in sales and admin were friendly and helpful, and come installation day Jack, the installation team leader was absolutely excellent. Not only a really nice team to have at your home, but Jack was an absolute perfectionist, and attended to every detail, no matter what it took. The teams that delivered the materials were also very friendly and professional. I would think Eden must be very selective of their staff, as they are all brilliant. Thank you fo a great job.

Other than a delivery delay, doubtless caused by outside forces we have nothing but praise for the product and the personel involved. The surveyor took his time when he visited to ensure the very important measurements were as we wanted, and kindly answered our questions both on site and twice on the telephone thereafter. The two installers were both pleasant and very efficient tidying up on each visit. We would be happy to recommend the product and service to our friends Robin & Christina Lloyd Bexhill on Sea, East Sussex

I ordered the Cadiz. It is at the more expensive end of the awnings market, but so far looks good value for money. It is an attractive system, for a difficult space. Everyone I have encountered from Eden Verandas has been very professional, polite and the company has a strong customer service ethos. So far I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. Only time will tell if the Cadiz and its installation is as good as it appears, but I'm feeling confident. Nb it had to be built to order, hence the longer lead times. If you want one ready for summer, I recommend ordering it ASAP.

I placed an order for a glass room in early July. I feel at £23k thats a substantial order but feel let down with delivery. First date was 17th October. Then 31st October now they are saying 5th December but cant install it until 21st December which isnt convenient as we are away just before Christmas. I was hoping to use this is lovely new room for Christmas and have furniture waiting to be delivered. Girl on the phone basically said 'Well what are you going to do about it if we cant install it earlier' quite frankly I feel like cancelling it im so disappointed. So update they have just managed to find a slot next week to install my room for which im really grateful and pleased!

We placed our order in late June and were initially promised a fitting date in September but still waiting. I completely accept that delays have occurred that have been out of Eden Verandas control such as delays at Ports but communication has been extremely poor throughout. We stipulated when we placed our order that we needed our garden room before Christmas and were told this would be the case something I very much doubt. I hope I am proved wrong! We have been told that there were delays with importing the goods, next the goods had arrived but windows that are manufactured in the UK have been delayed and the latest is 'they require a few more weeks to finalise fitting' as their fitters are busy. We phone and email regularly but do not get a response, I called yesterday at 1.30pm and was told the lady I needed to speak to was at lunch and would not be able to return my call as she finished work at 3pm. I will add that at no time have we been anything but polite to the staff. If you decide to use this company I hope your experience is better than ours has been todate.

We are currently working hard to mitigate the effects of supply chain issues within the construction industry, without compromising on quality and thank you for your patience. The experience I did have was not I was expecting as I did need to wait 3 weeks to replace a damage glass after the installation, lucky i did have a storage for my new outdoor kitchen, but the staff who install was brilliant .

Very happy with Eden Verandas. Telephone contact keeping us informed . The initial appointment to discuss what we were looking for, very helpful rep . Yesterday the full fitting went very smoothly . Great team who worked hard and cleaned up after . We are more than happy to recommend .
