“What a delightful experience! From the start with an exceptionally professional salesman, the onward backup from the rest of the team was exemplary throughout, a big thank you to all at Eden. The product itself is of a very high standard, of which I am enjoying in the sunshine with a G & T in hand. I will certainly recommend Eden in the future.”

“The whole process from the initial visit through to the people who came to measure up has been excellent. The men who installed the veranda could not be faulted. After a five hour drive, they worked in the rain, without a break, until all was perfect. We cannot praise the company enough and now that we have the veranda, we absolutely love it. We had a conservatory on the same spot before, which was too hot in the summer and too cold in the winter. We’re sure that, apart from the very coldest months, we will get far more use from the veranda. In fact, even in the winter, with heaters, we could use it for soup/ jacket potato parties etc which the family will love. Thank you Eden Verandas. We have no hesitation in recommending your Company.”

“Unbelievable that there is no aftercare service and that nobody from Eden Verandas tried to help. I just heard time after time “we have no aftercare service and that is it”. I wasn’t asking for a free service. I was just asking for someone to come and do a general clean up on the two awnings that I have in my house. Total lack of professionalism. Very disappointing!!!!”

We're very sorry to hear how disappointed you are with the service we offer, but trust that you have been happy with the awnings overall. To clarify, your awnings do come with a warranty and aftercare, for which we employ specialist engineers. However we do not employ cleaners nor offer a cleaning service. If you are unable to clean the bird droppings yourself, please search for a local cleaning company that will be better placed to assist you. Unfortunately, we are not local to you and are unable to recommend a particular company that we have personally used. However, we have sent you a link to Checkatrade which lists numerous companies offering this service in your area.
