“Eden verandas installed a veranda for us last year. At the time we were very impressed by all aspects, from the first visit to discuss design up to and including the delivery and fitting. Can’t say how good everyone was. Now a year later I am even more impressed. The veranda has really opened up our garden. During the summer its a great place to sit and enjoy the day and the evening and throughout the winter we have also used, mainly for protecting our plants but also socialising as we bought a patio heater after installation. If you’re thinking of getting a veranda - do it - they’re great and if you’re thinking of using Eden - do it. They were fantastic.”

“This is our second veranda from Eden, having moved home and wanted the exact same for our new house. Love the quality of the workmanship, the simple, modern styling of the veranda and the price is as expected for this quality. Delays in delivery and then issues around available fitters have been a nuisance, I hope this improves in time, I appreciate it is affecting so many industries but you need to keep the clients better informed.”

“One very happy customer. Extremely pleased with the product. The installation went smoothly and the fitters were very considerate and polite,worked through a very rainy day and left the site clean and tidy. My only complaint was having to wait several months for installation day,although kept informed of the progress of my order on a regular basis. Thank you Eden Verandas.”

“Very pleased with the new style to dim the heat down and up again. Phil explained how to use the controls and wrote the channels down so we now no what does what now. Would highly recommend.”

“Our veranda was erected in October 2021 and we used it a lot last summer, when it lived up to expectations. However, some of the decking had not been fixed properly and started to lift up. This has now been rectified reasonably quickly under warranty, by Paul, who apologised on behalf of the company. The cable on one side of the awning tends to jam slightly, and we shall have to keep an eye on that, but there's no need for any intervention at present.”

“It would be nice to have a dedicated point of contact for my order at Eden head office . Emails and calls from Eden office came from many different sources. Tried phone line with the six options, at one time tried all six with no response. The awning is just fine 🙂”
