“I am so in love with my glass room. It is 10 times more beautiful in real life then in the pictures posted on reviews. The material is top quality and very sturdy. Installation happened over two days. My family life had no interruption what so ever. When I ordered my veranda I thought it was a bit price. Now I think it was worth every single penny I paid for it. I LOVE it!”

“Very please with the product which is well engineered and constructed. The workmen were on time and very efficient. The veranda even stod up to the recent hurrican after being fitted just two days earlier.”

“The Veranda arrived 2 days before installation as promised. The equipment was well packed and the delivery guys were efficient and took care whilst unloading and storing the equipment, especially the Glass Roof panels. The installation team arrived early in the morning, quickly assessed where and how they were going to carry out the work. They explained what the installation process was and asked questions on how we expected the final structure would look with respect to the height of the front of the veranda. They then proceeded to install the veranda and explained what and why they were doing things. They team were very competent and by mid-afternoon the structure was up and looking good. They also left the site clean and tidy. Many thanks to Jack & Jake. The structure itself is very substantial and well installed to the point that Storm Ciara had no effect at all. Thank you and to say we are happy is an understatement.”

“We have been looking for an Awning for a while and the Eden Verandas offering was the best quality and a good deal. There are lots of options for fabrics and so on. The unit was delivered within the predicted time frame and the physical installation took about 1/2 a day. A few days later an electrician wired it in. The cassette was matched to our bi-fold frame colour and is fairly unobtrusive.”

“From initial meeting to final installation, everything was done very professionally. We were kept informed throughout regarding dates, times and payment installments. All contractors were very adept and easy to deal with.”

“New Awning recently installed. Looks good but the unit holds water if not closed ahead of a rain shower. Currently working with Eden to check the installation. Will update my review once Eden have revisited site”

Thank you for taking the time to review our company. We were sorry to hear that water was pooling on the awning fabric and were happy to advise that the awning is for sun-shade and should be retracted in the rain! We trust that this resolved the problem for you, but note that your order did not include a wind/rain sensor that will ensure the awning automatically retracts in unsuitable weather. Please do contact us again if you would like a quotation for retrofitting a sensor to this awning. We hope that you are otherwise happy with the installation.

“At every point of contact .. from purchase to fitting we have found Eden to be impressive. There was a slight delay on delivery due to a complication with a fitting date but this would not deter us from recommending the company. Our sun canopy works perfectly and is of high quality.”

“From the sales staff, surveyor, architect, receptionist to the schedulers all were exceptionally well informed and curteous. The fitters were a pleasure to deal with and worked none stop throughout the build, having to ask them 3 times if they wanted a cup of tea. Overall an exceptional experience from a company that supplies superb quality bespoke products.”

“Very knowledgeable sales rep. The product is a bit overpriced for what it is, but the quality is evident. Surveyor sent out in good time. Went with Eden as seemed very professional and diligent. Delivery turned up in a large truck despite the survey stating limited access. Delivery guys had to carry over a long distance to the property. Fitting team were on time, professional, and courteous. They cleaned up after installation, although everything was put into a huge yellow sack for later collection by a 3rd party contractor. Again with the known limited access a large truck was sent and could not collect the large unsightly rubbish from the front of our house. Had to chase this up which was annoying. Collected over a week after installation. Other than mentioned, overall Eden have installed a high quality product to a very high standard and I would definitely recommend. Very happy with chosen product.”
